Feta & Spinach Turkey Meatballs


  • 500g of Turkey Mince
  • 40g of Spinach
  • 1 White Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 50g of Feta

These have so much flavour and are quickly becoming one of my weekly go-tos. They’re full of protein and so simple to make. They’re ideal¬†for prepping ahead of time for lunch boxes or snacks and they taste amazing with pretty much any side. The lemon zest, spices and hint of mustard are such a good combo and they’re just so handy for a busy week!

Feta Spinach Turkey Meatballs 3

Preheat the oven to 180’C.

Add the spinach, garlic and onion to your food processor and blend until fine.

Add it to a large bowl with the turkey mince, spices, lemon zest and mustard. Crumble the feta in too. Season with a good pinch of coarse salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with clean hands.

Use damp hands to roll the mixture into balls. Place them on a roasting tray and cook at 180’C for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
