Perfect Turkey Burgers

  • 400g of Turkey Mince
  • 1 Egg, Whisked
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Rosemary
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 White Onion

Having a great burger wrapped in fresh crunchy lettuce is one of my favourite dinners. Sometimes I like to switch it up, away from the usual beef and turkey meat tastes amazing and is packed with loads of protein. I love the subtle flavours in this recipe, from the dried rosemary to the punchy dijon mustard, these turkey burgers are mouth wateringly good! They’re so simple and delicious, you can watch me make them and see just how easy they are here!

Add the turkey mince to a large bowl.

Dice your onion and add it to the bowl with the mustard, rosemary, minced garlic and whisked egg.

Use your hands to mix it all together and then shape the mixture into burgers your desired size.

Heat a little olive or coconut oil in a pan on medium high heat. Add the burgers and cook until nice and crispy on both sides and cooked through.

I like to serve mine with crispy lettuce wraps, tomato, pickles and fresh onion.
