- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Coarse Salt
- 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
Brussel sprouts- whether you love them or hate them you’re going to adore these ones! They are genuinely so moreish and delicious you’ll be piling them onto your plate once you taste your first bite. They’re crisp and salty and covered in toasted sesame seeds and garlicy goodness. Best of all, they’re super easy to make so even if you’re trying to get a thousand other things on the table these can be prepared in seconds.
Preheat the oven to 200’C.
Chop the ends off the brussel sprouts and peel off any dirty outer leaves. I like to cut the bigger sprouts in half and leave the little ones whole. Add them all to a roasting tray.
Drizzle on the olive and sesame oil and sprinkle on a good pinch of coarse salt. Toss well. Pop them in the oven at 200’C for about 20 minutes, tossing in the middle.
Mince the garlic cloves. When the sprouts have been in for 20 minutes, take them out and sprinkle on the minced garlic followed by the sesame seeds, tossing them well so that they’re evenly coated in the seeds.
Pop them back in the oven to roast for another 15-20 minutes, tossing in the middle, until crisp and gorgeous. Serve hot.
