Blackberry Chia Jam

- 2 Cups of Blackberries (300g)
- 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey/Agave
This is so yummy and literally takes seconds to make. It’s the blackberry version of my Raspberry Chia Jam and it’s so versatile, use it on bread, in oats, on yoghurt, in smoothies- it will add gorgeous flavour and colour to whatever your having!
Add the blackberries to your food processor and blitz until they’re all broken down into a chunky purée.
Add in the sweetener and blend again. Taste it for sweetness and then add a little more if needed, this will depend on how ripe your berries are! Then add in the chia seeds and blend. Let it rest for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken, the blend again and you’re done!
Store in an air tight jar and enjoy!
