Salted Almond Buttons

- 75g of Dark Chocolate
- 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil
- 25-30 Almonds
- Coarse Salt
I make these ALL the time. They’re my favourite thing to have before bed and a delicious way to switch it up from your usual squares of dark chocolate. They’re amazing with a cup of tea and I’ve even let one melt slowly into my porridge, basically they’re good with everything!
Start by dry roasting the almonds at 200’C for about 3 minutes. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together until its glossy and smooth.
Lay out a piece of parchment paper on top of a chopping board or flat plate. Swirl 1-2 teaspoons of chocolate into each button.
Pop 2-3 almonds on each one and a pinch of coarse salt.
Let them set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens and then enjoy!
